Three weeks till Thanksgiving..

Three weeks till Thanksgiving and our oven is broken!  Doh!  And since we're hosting Thanksgiving dinner we have to hurry up and get a new one.  I'm not up on the latest in oven technology, is there anything that we should be looking for?  Any new must have features?  Is there a particular brand that is best?  Thanks.
